I'm officially exhausted.
Not that I'm making excuses, but I am trying to stay true to my 2009 resolutions and I'm doing so-so on most of it, doing badly with regards to this blog. This post is just my 2nd for 2009. Ah well, that's just what resolutions are for, they're always good for next year!
It's been 6 months since I'm on semi-private practice. Having more time for myself to work with my own clients is a blessing, seeing that hard times are ahead of us, and I've been making the most of it. I'm lucky that I still am able to get a few projects now and then. Some of it was carryover from last year though a couple are brand new. I'm praying that this will tide me over till the crisis end.

Questions and resolutions!
Sigh! 2008 went by so quickly my head's still unhinged. There are a lot of things to be worried about in 2009 that I should get a head start....
1. Better start saving up some more and be prepared when the U.S. led golobal-recession hits our shores.
2. Try and start renovating our house. Our house is almost 50 years old. It replaced the original structure, which was one of the first houses built on this part of Manila. I learned from my uncle that you could see UST from our backyard and España boulevard was still under construction and all they had to walk on was an elevated wood-plank bridge as all the houses were on stilts. Pilita Corales lived across the street and then Mayor Bagatsing and soon-to-be Senator Maceda houses' is just on the next block.
3. Start cleaning up all the clutter that had accumulated in those 50 plus years!
4. Luck arrived late to pat me on the shoulder. I won the 2nd major prize in our company's christmas party (which is a Hitachi airconditioner). I now must find someone who needs one and sell it. I'll even pitch in a free Bench underwear i received as a company give-away!
5. Try and catch a few more movies than i did the past 52 weeks, (Blame it on torrents!) and read more of the books that's stacked beside my bed.
6. Try and keep myself healthy and maintain my current weight by keeping up with my gym schedule.
and finally.... here's something that caught my eye....
